Important Pricing Changes

Beginning August 19th 2026, prices on select Puffco electronic devices will increase between $10 and $30. Our chambers and glass products will remain at their current prices to ensure there are no changes to your device maintenance costs. We’re also extending our chamber warranty to six months for Peak Pro, Peak, and Proxy devices.

Tariffs and unprecedented global challenges in electronic component production have driven significant price increases across the electronics industry. After absorbing these costs for several years behind the scenes, we’ve made this decision so that Puffco can continue innovating on the best possible consumption experience.

Sharing this news is incredibly difficult, knowing our community relies on our devices for daily relief at a time when every dollar counts. We’re sharing this notice ahead of the change to give time for those who need access at the current pricing.

Price Increase Questions

    • Which Puffco devices are increasing in price?

      The price increases will affect Pivot, Peak, Proxy, Peak Pro and Hot Knife.

    • Are chambers, glass, and other accessories increasing in price?

      No, only electronic devices are affected by the price increase.

    • Can I take advantage of the current pricing before the increase takes effect? 

      Yes. The price increases go into effect on Wednesday, August 19. Devices will be sold at their existing prices until that date.

    • How will these changes impact the cost of maintenance?

      There will be no change to maintenance costs for existing customers. We’re also extending the warranty on Peak 3D Chambers, Proxy 3D Chambers, and Peak Pro 3DXL Chambers to 6 months.

    • Are retailers also increasing their prices for Puffco products?

      Yes. All Puffco retailers will be selling Pivot, Peak, Proxy, Peak Pro and Hot Knife at the new pricing, starting August 19.

    Warranty Update Questions

      • Does the new warranty apply to all Puffco chambers?

        The new 6-month warranty applies to: Peak 3D Chambers, Proxy 3D Chambers, and Peak Pro 3DXL Chambers.

      • If I purchased a chamber recently, am I eligible for the new warranty?

        Yes. Peak 3D Chambers, Proxy 3D Chambers, and Peak Pro 3DXL Chambers are covered for 6 months from the time of purchase.

      • Has the chamber design or reliability changed?

        Our patented 3D Chambers are continuously refined through design and software updates, but the new 6-month warranty isn’t connected to a recent change. It’s simply intended to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
