Returns:
All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.puffco.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.
Conditions for Return: You may return an unused product purchased at www.puffco.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
*You include all original packaging in like new condition, *You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition, *You include the product in undamaged,
unused like new condition, and *You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.puffco.com within the above return period.
How to Return your Product: To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
*Contact Puffco Customer Support at support@puffco.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
Refund Timing: Puffco will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Puffco reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.

No, the use of terp pearls is not required to use Proxy Core. However, we recommend using a terp pearl for the best vapor and flavor experience.
Yes. We recommend using terp pearls between 3mm – 5mm for the best experience, with 4mm being ideal.
No. The Core’s airpath does not flow through the cup at all. The only heat generated is from the 3D Chamber inside the Proxy base.
Yes, Proxy Core is available as an accessory only. Please keep in mind that it is only compatible with the new Bluetooth- enabled Proxy.
For full cleaning instructions, watch our How-To video. The mouthpiece and terp pearl can be removed and soaked in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. Do NOT soak the cup – spot clean only with iso.
No. The Joystick Cap is only for use with other pieces in the Proxy Collection and cannot be used with Proxy Core.
Proxy Core Kit includes the compatible Proxy base, while the Core Accessory does not.
Note: Core Accessory is NOT compatible with the older version of Proxy Base. (non-app enabled)
